Josiane Feigon
Josiane Feigon is the founder and CEO of TeleSmart Communications, Inc. She established the company in 1994 with a vision to create a training company specializing in inside sales organizations.

A 20-year veteran of the industry, Josiane is recognized as one of the world's leading experts on inside sales team and manager talent. Prior to launching TeleSmart, Josiane held various sales management, field sales and telesales positions in the high-tech industry. She's been described as "lethal" over the phone.

Josiane has single-handedly grown her company through "walking her talk" by prospecting her clients over the phone. Major players in the high-tech global marketplace have come to consider Josiane invaluable to their training needs.

Fluent in three languages, Josiane brings an understanding of the richness of speaking and listening styles to everything she does.

Josiane received a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communications from San Francisco State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1981. Prior to launching TeleSmart, Josiane graduated from the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center in San Francisco. She is often invited to speak to the graduates of both her alma maters.

Josiane is active in the Bay Area training, sales and entrepreneurial community. She is a frequent writer and contributor on sales topics. Her articles have appeared in Selling Power, JustSell, Motivated to Sell, and Call Center Magazine. Josiane founded the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce Sales Success Series and is a regular keynote speaker at the Bay Area TeleBusiness Alliance.

Josiane has personally spent thousands of hours in corporate cubicles sitting next to inside sales people coaching and analyzing their outbound calls. She has helped develop some of the strongest departments and talents in the industry. Thousands of salespeople who have received the TeleSmart training include this on their resumes.

By providing consulting, coaching and training solutions for hundreds of Fortune 500 companies, Josiane's primary mission has been to develop talent at both the team and management level. Josiane has worked with global inside sales organizations ranging from 20-800 people.

Josiane's influence starts at the department level. With a strong understanding of various inside sales models and sales structures, Josiane has become many of her companies' "in-house inside sales training department" by offering sales tools, monitoring forms, scorecards, and job aids, all supporting her TeleSmart 10 methodology.

Her programs have been translated into several languages and the concepts of the TeleSmart 10 methodology have been adopted on a global scale. Josiane has conducted training all over the world for companies such as Genesys, Siebel, Hewlett-Packard, Documentum and VeriSign.
